Welding Certifications Training from SPECTRAMIND

About

Spectramind Welding Institute was conceived by a Sr. Welding Inspector Practitioner (CSWIP-UK), and a Mechanical Engineer by profession. SPECTRAMIND was conceived in his heart because he recognized the strong demand for welders locally and overseas as well as Welding Inspectors.

MISSION

The mission of SPECTRAMIND is to produce "World Class Welders, Welding Inspectors and Skilled-Workers.

VISION

The vision of SPECTRAMIND is primarily to be the premier training center in the INDIA and secondarily to alleviate the financial status of INDIAN’s by providing training to out-of-school youth in the province, provide assistance in getting a job for them in welding industry.

COURSE 1: Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Certification is administered by American Welding Society

To test an individual's proficiency and competency as necessary to become a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
To obtain certification as a welding inspector that demonstrates a level of proficiency to a
defined internationally accepted program.

COURSE 3: WELDING INSPECTOR

This course includes theoretical and practical classes for Welding Inspection/ Welding Supervision of Refinery Piping, Cross Country Pipeline Storage Tanks, Pressure Vessels Structural and related activities. Training is provided for perfect application of quality welding as per international welding standards codes and specifications. After successful completion of this course, candidates are
capable in selection of Electrodes, Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification, Qualification of Procedures, Qualification of Welders, Weld Visual Inspection, Interpretation of NDT, Documentation and all activities related to welding. All the candidates of our previous batches proved that BSc, BA and even B Com graduates could develop their career in the technical fields to take independent
responsibilities as Welding Inspector/ Welding Supervisors. They could later take charge as QAQC Inspectors or QAQC Supervisors in major construction sites.
