Our other services are:-
• Co-ordinating with all Government officials for obtaining approvals
• Responsible for statutory activities as per Shops & establishment act
• Co-ordinating with all Statutory officials during inspections
• Preparing and Maintaining ESI, PF, Pan Card Service etc.

PROFESSIONAL FEES:
• In Consideration for performing the services, If the candidates has been selected 0-2yr experience Client will pay 8.33% ctc of per candidate or one month salary, 3-5yr exp Client will pay 10.65% ctc of our candidate salary of per annum,above 5yr experience Client will pay 12.85% ctc of our candidate salary of per annum.
• If the candidates releaves within 90 days we will replace the candidate with free of costs.
• The Consultant shall raise his invoice in respect of his professional fees after the candidate sponsored by the consultant joins the company.
• The Company shall pay the consultant its professional fees within the candidate completes 30 days of his service in the company.
• During the period of this contract if any of the candidates provided to you are selected and join your company without our knowledge, an Invoice will be raised for the same, as per the rates mention above you will be payable to us.

1. COMMITMENT:
• The Consultancy agrees to provide minimum of 6 candidates reference for every job position.
• The Consultant will respond to manpower requirements raised by the company by referring candidates or providing candidates resume data within 7 working days.
• The Company shall intimate the Consultant immediately if they have information about the candidate within 48 hours or two working days. If failing to do so, the data will be considered as our own.
• The consultancy will not by any means establish communication with the candidates once the candidates are officially employed with the Company.
• The Consultant shall hold company confidential information in strict trust and secrecy and avoid the disclosure to any other person.
• The Consultancy will not be responsible for any kind of misconduct of the recruited candidate in the organization.

• The Consultancy shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property, loss of profits or any other loss or for injury to persons arising directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any candidate/s introduced.
• The Company shall not place any candidate referred by the Consultant at any time without prior-information. If re-considered the Company has to pay a service charge to the Consultant.

1. MISCELLANEOUS:
• The consultancy will not be responsible for reimbursement of cost of rail/air fare for the candidate/s called for interviews.

• This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties on its subject and can be amended only in writing with the signature or through mail with both parties.
