How to link IT Service and Business Continuity Management into the Business and IS Strategy and Service Delivery Life Cycle.
Stage 1 - InitiationHow to ensure IT Service Continuity policy reflects current and anticipated business and IS developments.
Stage 2 - Requirements and strategyHow to identify and analyze risks, threats and vulnerabilities by using CRAMM, Environmental Analysis. Focus Auditing and other approaches. Options for reducing the risks.
Stage 3 - ImplementationHow to establish, integrate and test IT Service plans.
Stage 4 – Operational managementHow to ensure that IS continuity strategy, plans and procedures continue to be tested, reviewed and maintained against the business needs.
