6) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio, flow chart, use case diagrams, screen design in html or other tool.
Job Description 1) Analyze and produce functional specifications to the extent it can be developed in the product with no ambiguity and 100% quality.
2) To ensure that the product requirements are documented to company standards and the required functionality is sufficiently clear for successful implementation.
3) Able to produce Acceptance test criteria inline with customer business.
4) Keeping up to date with latest industry trends and 4S product.
5) Liaise with development team and with System Testing team to ensure the quality of the delivery.
6) Able to do proper gap analysis between customer business requirement and product features.
7) Able to train the customer users in order to make them comfortable in using the system as per customer business requirement.
8) To critically, analytically and creatively examine a bug/issue in the product and provide a solution as per customer SLA.
9) To provide functional support and training to marketing and other departments.
10) Able to document Functional documents, functional flow diagram, training material and User Manual.
11) To work hard and smart to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and company objective.
