CHAMPS2® was originally developed by Birmingham City Council and its partners to assure success in the Council’s £2 billion transformation programme. Now, this proven business change method is made freely available to organizations in the public and private sectors.

Foundation Level
The Foundation confirms your understanding of what CHAMPS2 and the training course is typically two days with a 45 minute exam, though the length of the training programme may vary depending on the training organization that delivers the training. The exam is currently paper-based. An on-line exam will be available in future.

Practitioner Level
The Practitioner asks you to apply your knowledge in a range of scenarios and takes three additional days to complete and the Practitioner exam two hours, though the length of the training programme may vary depending on the training organization that delivers the training.
