**Learning Objectives

Projects as part of Programmes typically follow different process frameworks and are concerned with different parts of the organisation from solely business to solely technology. Some of these projects may follow an Agile framework, which is applicable to projects concerning any and all parts of an organisation.
It has been discovered that running Agile projects in a mixed framework programme can cause those involved with the programme management additional problems, especially in the area of resourcing (both people and materials).

This 1 day course introduces programme management and administration personnel to Agile concepts and principles and highlights the areas that need particular attention during day-to-day, programme decision making including risks and mitigation of not being able to fully support Agile project needs.

Delegates should have had some exposure to projects and project governance within their own organisation in any capacity.
