This comprehensive course is designed to provide Absolute Manage for Mobile Devices IT administrators with the knowledge they need to configure, manage and administer their iOS, Android and Windows Phone devices.

This professionally delivered certification consists of 14 hours of online instruction focusing on both administration and technical content.

Training is divided into four modules:

Manage Devices: Enrollment
In this module, you will learn about the Absolute Manage tools and features for user self-service device enrollment of iOS and Android devices.
Manage Devices: Policies, Files, Apps
This module introduces you to the Absolute Manage tools and features for automatic configuration of devices using Policies, and secure distribution of key documents and media files using AbsoluteSafe.
Configure Devices
This module introduces you to the creation and management of configuration profiles for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices.
Absolute Manage
In this module you will discover how to administer your Absolute Manage environment, create and manage AM users with varying levels of rights and access, and maintain all your SSL certificates. Our Absolute Service Training Program is designed to provide Administrators, Technicians and Managers of Absolute Service with the expertise required to successfully use, configure and manage Absolute Service.

Absolute Service Administration Certification Essentials (ASAC – Essentials)
Absolute Service AdministratorThis foundation course provides IT Service Desk Managers and Technicians with the knowledge they need to effectively use Absolute Service’s Incident and Service Request modules. In this instructor-led, workshop-style online course, you will be part of a team that will be responsible for responding to Incidents and Requests and understand the configuration options available including creating new teams, SLAs and workflows to implement processes. Your certification project will be to implement a new Request process using quick calls, approval cycles and skills assignments.

Key topics explored in this course via instructor demonstrations and student hands-on exercises include the Incident and Service Request Process, Service Catalog, Reporting, customizing views and dashboard, Setup and Configuration options, Workflows, Teams, SLAs, CMDB and efficiency features such as quick calls.
